OGGETTO: E’ vero che sarà necessario pubblicare un nuovo avviso pubblico e ripetere l’intero procedimento di VIA relativo al progetto TAV/TAC? .-

Il sottoscritto consigliere regionale

Premesso che sono attualmente in corso, in molti luoghi del territorio regionale, assemblee pubbliche e riunioni promosse da amministrazioni pubbliche o anche da semplici ed informali comitati e gruppi di cittadini, che hanno lo scopo di analizzare gli elaborati ed informare riguardo all’ultima versione del progetto di TAV/TAC che interessa la nostra regione, con particolare riguardo alle tratte Portogruaro – Ronchi dei Legionari e Ronchi dei Legionari Trieste;
Rilevato che in un recente telegiornale Telefriuli was given to "opening" the news that the Ministry for Cultural Heritage has confirmed the need for re-publication of the public and to restart the whole procedure on the draft EIA TAV / TAC for lack of any discussion, as his time publicly reported by the Friuli Rural Committee;
also noted that this decision would result from failure to publish the project and related documentation on the website of the Ministry of Environment in addition to the objective difficulty in obtaining such material at the local government;


All Given the above, the undersigned
Regional Council asks the competent Regional Councillor to know


1. If it is true as revealed in the edition of the news Telefriuli indicated in the introduction.
2. How will the regional government of Friuli Venezia Giulia in this regard, particularly with regard to the routes mentioned in the introduction ..
3. What are the practical consequences of the news reported in the edition in question.
