questions for written answer

SUBJECT: feared closure of the degree of primary education sciences at the University of Trieste .-
The Regional Council signed


Given that, a few years after the abolition of the Bachelor of Science interculturalism, fearing it would, for alleged lack of human and financial resources, the closure of the degree of Education primary at the University of Trieste, which were carried out under also courses to enable teachers and educators;
Noting that such an eventuality arises exclusively for reasons related to the cuts caused by the "Gelmini Reform," which. in this case would defeat the University of Trieste resources to promote a new five-year degree course in primary education sciences;
noted that this possibility opens serious questions in order to stay in Trieste additional year of practical training is intended to teachers in middle and high schools;
held that where this happens in our region the only university with a degree course in primary education sciences remain University of Udine;
Noting that this is likely to strongly penalize not only the students but also teachers and educators should necessarily apply only to the University of Udine access courses for professional qualifications and also for job training future teachers in the schools of primary education and education of first and second grade secondary
Noting that at the University of Trieste, under the Convention, signed by the Autonomous Region Friuli - Venezia Giulia, the universities of the region and the Republic of Slovenia on 22 March 2002 pursuant to art. 17, paragraph 98 of the Law of 15 May 1997, n. 127, have been activated in the Slovenian language training courses for teachers who are part of the state schools with teaching language Slovenian and Slovenian-Italian bilingual education in the Autonomous Region Friuli Venezia Giulia;
Given that in the event of closure of Bachelor of Science in Primary Education that wealth of experience would risk being lost;


That said, the undersigned Regional Council queries the regional minister responsible for knowing

1. If it is true that at the University of Trieste would be fearing for alleged lack of human and financial resources, the closure of the course graduated from the Faculty of Primary Education;
2. If you do not believe that the risk of closure should be avoided in order to avoid students, teachers and the inconvenience highlighted in the introduction;
3. Is it possible to draw the necessary financial resources to avert the feared closure with ad hoc use of funds allocated to the recent LR 97/2011 "Financing of regional university system."
